Rosanna Zavarella is a certified professional Life, Health and Wellness coach.  Through the years in her practice she has worked with a broad spectrum of clients. She addresses issues such as personal growth, relationship, family issues, and career coaching. She specializes in women's health issues, chronic illness, childhood trauma,  and  life transitions. She maintains a private practice in Northeast Ohio. 

In addition to being a Life Coach, she is a licensed holistic psychologist who has been in private practice with 25 years clinical experience working with individuals, families, couples, and groups. She received her doctorate in psychology at Kent State University.  She is currently a professional faculty member at the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland and an adjunct professor at Lakeland Community College.

In her practice, she incorporates energy healing, hypnotherapy, female shamanism, guided imagery, and ritual. As a long time student of Eastern psychology and she brings wisdom, knowledge, principles and her years of experience into her teachings and practice.

Over the years, she has spoken publicly to groups of all kinds at different venues, including TV and radio. Some of the topics she has spoken on are women's wellness, stress, and family issues.

As a collaborative and solution-focused Life Coach, Rosanna provides the support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. By also integrating coaching techniques and the helpful assignments she finds this brings a highly-personalized program tailored just for you. With compassion and understanding, Rosanna works with you to help build on your strengths and attain the personal growth you are committed to achieving and to help you overcome any obstacles.
